Office Location
Pacific Coast Neurosurgery is located inside The Laguna, a modern glass office building at 24022 Calle De La Plata in Laguna Hills. The office is in Suite 415 on the fourth floor.
Getting Here
The office is easily accessible from the I-5 freeway. Take the El Toro Road exit and head east. Turn right onto Calle De La Plata. The building will be on your left. Visitor parking is available in the adjacent lot.
From I-5 Northbound or Southbound
Exit at El Toro Road and head east. Turn right onto Calle De La Plata. Look for the dark glass building with “The Laguna” and “24022” on the entrance. Enter through the main lobby doors and take the elevator to the 4th floor, Suite 415.
Parking
Free two-hour parking is available in the lot directly behind The Laguna building, with additional paid parking available in the adjacent garage.
Visiting Our Office
When you arrive, check in at the front desk on the 4th floor. If this is your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete new patient paperwork. Bring your insurance card, photo ID, a list of current medications, and any imaging studies (MRI, CT, or X ray) on disc or via electronic transfer.
